We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return process works:

🛍️ Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

📦 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
📌 Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
📌 Returns/exchanges are not accepted for gift cards.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and email us immediately with photos and order details so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
